Accommodation

Warsaw has a broad choice for accommodation. To best suit your needs and budget we recommend using online services such as booking.com or airbnb.com which provide a rich selection of places to stay (including hotels, hostels, apartments, rooms to rent).

However, here are some examples for places we think might be a good choice:

Hotels

Ibis Warszawa Reduta, Ibis Budget Warszawa Reduta, Stara Ochota - 15 min walk form the conference venue

Novotel - you can't get more central in Warsaw, easy access to both conference venue and all the city attractions

Hostels

Hostel Lwowska 11, Chillout Hostel, Mish Mash Hostel, Warsaw Downtown Hostel - great ratings, located in a very nice central district with great nightlife, close to a tramline going straight to conference venue

eMKa Hostel, Patchwork Hostel - great ratings, located in the vicinity of Nowy Świat - the representational street of Warsaw with shops and cafes and a start point of Warsaw sightseeing , close to a tramline going straight to conference venue

If you choose accommodation near the Old Town (the tourist must-see) or on the East side of Vistula river (check out Praga Północ and Saska Kepa - they both have great bohemian vibe, though each one very distinct from another, definitely worth seeing) you will still have a convenient public transport connection with at most one change.
